TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. XO CLINIC enforces a cancellation policy on select services and reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee for any no-shows and late cancellations. Note that you may be considered a no-show if you are late for your scheduled appointment, and it is up to XO CLINIC to decide whether the fee is applied. If you show up late to your appointment or have a no-show, the deposit will be lost and you will need to book a new appointment. 

2. We have a NO REFUND POLICY once you have made the booking. If in case of any lockdown measures, the booking will be moved to a new later date. Under no circumstances, force majeure, pregnancy or any other reason not listed here will a refund of the deposit be applied. 

3. You must be over the age of 18 to accept and book any treatment with XO CLINIC. If you have any health, allergies or you are taking any medication then please contact us prior to booking incase we require a letter from your GP and to assess you for your suitability. 

4. If for any reason you are unable to attend the allocated appointment, then you must give at least 24 hours' notice. Your booking fee can then be reallocated to another appointment date. Failure to provide at least 24 hour notice will result in your fee being lost and will go towards covering the time lost from the cancellation period. You will then be required to pay another booking fee if you want to rebook.

5. When booking a series of packages and you have already commenced the treatment and no longer wish to continue, we will not be liable to refund any leftover filler or any amount. The leftover filler or Aqualyx will be rescheduled for a later time.

By proceeding with my booking, I confirm that I agree to the following terms and conditions:

All clients must be at least 18 years old at the time of treatment.

If you are not able to provide identification when asked, we will not proceed with the treatment and you will lose the deposit.

You must not be pregnant or breastfeeding.

Under no circumstances do we allow any children or babies on the premises. If you arrive with anyone under the age of 18, we will not proceed with the treatment and you will lose your deposit.

DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.

If you are unsuitable for the treatment you have booked in and no other treatments are carried out on your appointment, then your deposit will be taken as a consultation fee and will not be refunded. We do not offer free consultations. If you are unsure of your suitability before booking and paying the deposit, then please contact us to check.

I accept full liability and thus forfeit my deposit to the company XO CLINIC. I understand that any attempts to withdraw this payment will result in legal action being taken against me. I understand that evidence of this acknowledgment will be provided to my banking institution and paypal respective representatives.
